Assistant Manager- Accounting & Finance

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing gst and tds reports, entering financial transactions into Zoho books and reconciling banks. Ultimately, you will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day accounting.
  • Create customer/vendor.
  • Record gst bills with proper treatment of ITC.
  • Manage banking transactions.
  • Issue invoices timely to customers and external partners, as needed.
  • Create and update daily and monthly expenses.
  • Prepare monthly gst reports, tds reports.
  • Assist finance team by providing timely reports.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Good in GST and all type of tax reporting.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiarity with finance regulations.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g.,Tally, QuickBooks, ZohoBooks)
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Graduate/Master in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
